For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days (**60 Days if purchased between 11/25 - 12/23) of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

Very comfortable

These are very comfortable sneaks. They have good arch support and are attractive. Much better than the previous brand I wore.

Comfortable but a little slippery

I love the fit of these shoes. I wear an 8 1/2 and the fir true to size and they have confirmed nicely to my instep. The extra width in the toe box is great. The only problem I have is that they were slippery on a basketball court type surface but fine on a tennis court type surface. I do wish there were more color choices.

Cypher offers the best comfort and support for Pickelball!

I love my new Cypher Pickelball shoes. I was able to wear them right out of the box for two hours of intense play. They are comfortable and have just the right amount of support. Many of the Pickelball shoes I have purchased feel like cardboard after an hour or two of play but these are great!
