RETURNS
For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

Never disappointed!!!

I’m never disappointed when I order my pickleball shoes from cypher. I now own 5 pairs in various colors to match my outfits. I alternate them to have them last even longer. Just wish the grey was a bit darker.

Never thought a pickleball shoe would make a difference.

Never thought a pickleball shoe would make a difference, but it does! These shoes are supportive & comfortable. I just started playing this year and would wear my everyday athletic shoes. I have to admit I fell down a few times (don't worry - I'm okay). I like these shoes because there seems to be a bit more of the shoe touching the court surface. Haven't fallen since! Thx.
