RETURNS
For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

Got wide feet? These shoes are a must have!

It's so hard to find good pickleball shoes that have a wide toe box. In fact, the ones I've been using gave me plantar fasciitis. I'm so glad these shoes came across my radar. I took a chance, tried them and I love them!

Runs a bit small

Ordered these online to try and the description said it runs true to size. Well I think they run a tad small. Usually I can buy my shoes with no problem in size 9 but these are a bit cramped but otherwise they are very supportive and cushiony and feel good. I would suggest to others to by half size up.

This is my second pair love them! I would like to see something more on line of colors but other than that they are perfect! I’ll stay with the white for now.
