RETURNS
For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

My 3rd pair of Cyhper pickleball shoes! Love them all! Super comfortable from the moment I put them on. They’re supportive, have a wide toe box, and although various sets of muscles ache after several hours a day of pickleball, my feet NEVER bother me - because of these shoes!
