RETURNS
For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

Best PB shoes evah!! I’ve tried so many other brands including K-Swiss, Adidas, Lotto and sketchers. Cypher shoes are like walking on clouds and have such great lateral support. Size was true as I’m an 8.5 and they fit perfectly. Tie box is roomy for wider feet. There’s no break in period - these were good to go from the first day of wear. I’ll never go back to any other brand!!
