RETURNS
For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

Love love love these shoes. First time wearing them played for 4 hours straight - they fit perfectly ( I have wide feet and trouble finding a comfortable shoe) and don’t need to be broken in like most PB shoes I’ve gotten in the past.
