Free standard shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States. Shoes are in stock and ready to ship with estimated ship times varying from 2-10 business days depending on location.

**HOLIDAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY: For all orders placed between 11/23 and 12/25 on cypherpickleball.com, customers will be eligible for an extended 60 day return and exchange window. We will offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 60 days of delivery as long as the shoes are returned in new condition.

Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

Great shoe for pickleball

Great shoe for pickleball. I play 6-12 hours and week at the 4-4.5 range and so I’m on my 5th pair. Even with my orthotics, they have a lot more cushion than most and enough support to handle doubles or singles. They are also very stylish. I’ve had 3 pairs of white and on my second pair of the black ones (my fav). I wear an 11 and they are true to size with a nice larger toe box.
