For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days (**60 Days if purchased between 11/25 - 12/23) of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. Durable, resilient. Just perfect for advanced level pickleball.

1 pair wasn’t good enough so bought a second pair

These shoes are very comfortable for hours of pickleball. I had been wearing another brand starts with a K, that caused soreness in Achilles and foot. Now playing in Cyphers with no soreness.

Great Construction for Pickleball

This is my second pair of Cypher Key211's (the other in Pacific Blue). I'm not a big fan of the Gamma Green, but I didn't want white (sweat stains show) and I wanted to be able to easily alter between pairs.

I love the abrasion padding on the inside of the toes, and the outsoles do a great job of sticking to the dusty gym floors I play on. The thin insoles are removable and I've installed a pair of medium-volume SOLE insoles without impacting fit.

The toe box is very wide, but the lacing design (and round laces) provide multiple options to lock your foot in place.

Was glad the Green color came back, will wear the blue and white pairs and pull out the green in spring, heals only place they seam to wear down fast
