Why put down a $1 deposit?

Your $1 deposit reserves your VIP launch price and priority access to the PxC Pro before the public launch.
 

VIPs will receive an exclusive launch price that will never be offered again, along with first access to purchase from our initial production run.
 

The $1 deposit is your way of saying, “Save me a spot.” When VIP ordering opens, we’ll send you everything you need to purchase your pair.

When will the shoes ship?

We’re currently estimating that PxC Pro orders will begin shipping in late November / early December 2026.

 

Because this is our first production run, manufacturing timelines can change. We’d rather give you a realistic estimate than promise a date we can’t guarantee.
 

We’ll keep VIPs updated throughout production so you’ll know exactly where things stand as we get closer to shipping.

What sizes will be available? Widths?

The PxC Pro will be available in a full range of men’s and women’s sizes, including half sizes.
 

We currently plan to offer sizes ranging from approximately Women’s 6 through Men’s 14, in standard width.

How many colors will be available?

The PxC Pro will launch in three colorways: White, Gray, and Neon.
 

All three will be available during the VIP launch, but quantities will be limited by color and size. 

If you have your eye on a specific combination, we recommend ordering as soon as VIP access opens.

What's the return policy?

Once your shoes are delivered, you’ll have 30 days to return or exchange them.
 

Need a different size? No problem. We just ask that you try your shoes on in a clean, indoor environment and keep them in new condition until you’re confident about the fit.
 

Returns for a full refund are subject to our standard $12 return fee. Shoes showing signs of outdoor or court wear may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Does my $1 deposit guarantee me a pair?

Your deposit gives you priority access to our initial production run, but you'll still need to complete your purchase during the VIP ordering window.

 

We'll notify you before ordering opens and give VIPs first access. Because quantities and certain sizes/colors may be limited, we recommend ordering as soon as your VIP window opens.

Is there an outsole warranty?

The PxC Pro does not include a specific outsole durability warranty.
 

That said, outsole durability has been one of our biggest priorities in developing this shoe. The PxC Pro uses CRTSHIELD™ outsole rubber, which we created specifically for the demands of court movement and repeated play.
 

We’re extremely confident in its durability—but every player, court surface, and playing style is different, so we don't want to make an unrealistic promise about exactly how long an outsole will last.

How will I know when to order?

Don’t worry, we’ll make sure you know!
 

VIPs will receive an email one week before VIP ordering opens, followed by another reminder 24 hours before launch. Once ordering is officially live, we’ll send additional reminders so you don’t miss your opportunity to purchase.
 

Just make sure you use an email address you check regularly when making your $1 VIP reservation.
