For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

Have play several games both indoor and outdoor and love the fit and support.

I’m a big guy and require a lot of cushion on my shoes for aggressive play. These shoes feel great. I’ve tried many brands some with good results and others fail quickly. Will be buying a second pair of these. Only negative would be more color choices.
