For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. All shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.
