RETURNS
For products purchased on cypherpickleball.com and delivered within the United States we offer hassle-free returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as shoes are returned in new condition. Shoes can only be returned for a full refund if worn in a clean, indoor environment trying on for fit only with no visible marks, dirt, scratches or blemishes applied to the shoe. Shoes being returned for a full refund will be subject to a $12 handling fee. At this time, exchanges for products delivered outside the U.S. are unavailable and international customers are responsible for returning them at their own cost.

I have worn 4 other brands of pickleball shoes and these are by far the most comfortable shoes

I have worn 4 other brands of pickleball shoes and these are by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn!!! The material around the toe box allows plenty of room so your toes don’t feel restrictive. Other brands usually last me about 8-10 months. I bought these because they marketed them as having longer lasting soles than other brand names. Will see if they do.
